The Project Management Administration course empowers learners with the necessary knowledge, skills and attitudes for project management support thus advancing career development. The course refers to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK®): 6th edition.

Course outline

  • The Broad Perspective of Project Management
  • Project Administration during Project Initiation and Planning
  • Project Administration during Project Executing, Monitoring and Controlling
  • Project Administration during Project Closing

Assessment

  • Formative assessment by observation of individual and team contribution and participation during class
  • Submission of a Portfolio of Evidence (POE) is optional and forms part of the summative assessment
